I seem to be getting slow downloads. i.e. 35Kbps (280 kbps) when entering a new high density area.
Is that normal?

Ports: 12020 to 13050

Ports: 12020 to 12050 AND 13000 to 13050
(all ranges are inclusive)"
But it is so terse that I am unconvinced by it.
Do I need to adjust my hardware & software firewalls to enable incoming traffic on these ports?

Well, I tried opening those ports in my firewall but it didn't improve the situation.
Download spped is still going at 25Kbps.
BTW my line is 2Mbps/256 Kbps.
