newbie question...

Hi all!
I'm new to this game and I really apologize if this question is stupid or something: Is it normal, that the game's contents like Objects and Textures load really really slowly? Whenever i go to a new location i first have to wait about 30 seconds until only the objects have loaded... I guess its because everything's stored on the server, but I'm not sure if it's because of me, so thats why I'm asking

Yes, it's normal to load slowly. I believe it's also slower for a new user because all the textures have to be loaded for the first time. It seems to load faster over time.

Expext to wait for things to load. If you point your mouse at an object it will rez(appear) faster.
