I have searched all day & can't find a solution to my situation. When I view the map, I see nothing but a fuzzy image. Half of the time my links aren't working, and I can't teleport to any of the places I've found that I'd like to visit. I've been stuck on help island since I began. Please tell me someone can help me

I'm using Mac OS 4.7.11 on one machine and 10.5.8 on another. The 10.4.11 machine totally crashes every time I try to do anything, and it's the better, faster machine. But I have these problems on both machines. Please forgive me if I've asked this question in the wrong section. Thanks

What kind of internet connection and what kind of network setup?

Thanks. I did check the Mac forums, but no one seems to have these same issues, that I can see.

It's some kind of Cox premium high-speed on a wireless. I don't have any other problems with internet connections. It's so weird.
