...is the error I get when trying to create a new account (second account, actually) - I have been through the registration process several times and every time get this error - is anyone else having this issue?
I even went so far as to buy a quarterly premium account gift certificate for myself hoping to circumvent this error, but still no dice - and now the name I wanted is no longer available!!! So now I am stuck with a gift certificate I can't use (pls don't ask me for it, I have already gotten tired of that joke) and there is an account floating around out there somewhere with my name on it that I can't log in to.
I really wish support or billing would respond to these types of issues with a little more rapidity. With my hard earned dollars wasted on a silly web page error I am hardly motivated to continue paying for services "not rendered" (although I WILL because I am hopelessly addicted). If I were a new member I would probably not try again.
On another note it is certainly good to see the value of the L$ climbing again
