It seems that while offline my IMs still go to my mailbox but I cannot answer anymore. Problem is, a lot of my customers are having delayed deliveries today and message me. How am I supposed to ensure customer support ? I have another way to communicate but it's clumsy.

Anybody else experiencing this problem ? Thanks !
