Age Verification Problem

I tried to register my younger brother (12) into second life because i heard of a grid or another game for the under 18ers. I get as far as his birthday June 5th and it says please come back on your birthday. so i followed up on reading about this "teen grid" and now understand that it is for 13-18y/o. However it is banning me from logging into second life me being 19 and being registered as an annual .
I tried [email]support@secondlife.com[/email] however this was a few days ago and the only e-mail i recieved was the automated message that stated they recieved it. The only link that was in that e-mail was http://rt.lindenlab.com/ and a number however going to that web address takes me to a security login screen asking for username and password.
i have tried many different combinations sl username and pass, e-mail and sl pass, even the web address and the number they gave me

what i am asking for is to be able to log back into second life.

rt.lindenlab.com is our support database tool. You can't log into that, and you shouldn't try.
