Hi,

When I log in with my alt there is: 'Your account has been disabled Please visit secondlife.com to renew your account'on my screen. When I log in at secondlife.com there is shown: BILLING RATE : USD 9,95
Status: ON HOLD. But I have a free membership, so never had a billing rate before!

Somebody can help me with this?
How can I fix this fast? Cause I have expierience that a email to lindens would not give me a fast response...

Log in to your account and downgrade to basic membership.

somehow they think you are a premium account.
But that only makes sense for you if you own mainland.
