[open source client] - can't connect wants to update

I've successfully build my own client on my Mac. I wanted to test it out but everytime i try to connect it tells me that there is a new client that I must download. I've tried to connect to the test grid but the same thing happen. Anyone have any suggestions? I have the april 3rd build. I'll try it with the newest.
