how do i get the client/server to show up at the top of my screen? I have done it on 1 computer awhile ago but i can`t remember how to do it.

One of the following should do it.
Press Ctrl-Alt-D for Windows users
Command-Control-D for Mac users
Ctrl-Alt-D or Ctrl-Alt-Shift-D for Linux users
