Just Dl'd and installed twice now. Each run results in a small box that reads "Detecting Hardware..." and just sits there. After about 10 min I Ctrl+Alt+Del and open Task manager (win2K) to close the window.
Any ideas?

Never mind, I added the -noprobe switch to the short cut. Now I can load.
