8 + hour delay for Transaction history posting to the web

I am experiencing an 8+ hour delay from the time a purchase is made to the time it is posted to my transaction history on the web. The total amount of Lindens shown on the My Account page posts in a timely manner but not the Transactions History page.

If this has already been addressed somewhere, pardon the repeat but I looked and didn't see anything.

I'm having the same problem. Hopefully it's rectified soon.

The download to CSV function has also been broken for a week. Would love to hear an acknowledgement from LL that they are aware of and working on this.

Oh very interesting. I discovered that the download button is broken, but the link next to it works just fine. To download more than today's transactions you will have to change the dates and "view" the data first, so the parameters on the link update. Then you can download just fine.

Still, I would like to see the lag fixed. It is impossible to monitor sales during the day with this kind of lag.

My transaction history is an entire day late. I'm still getting transactions from yesterday.

sigh.

Same thing here. To some degree I can monitor which location a product is sold from by the transaction record since I don't use vendors but sell copies, I vary the price by 1 or 2 L.

I still don't have any transactions from last night posted so I can't tell what was sold or where or if the $L came from something else. ACK!!!!

Yep, in excess of 24 hours now. I filed a bug report this morning, suggest everyone do the same as we are not getting any feedback from LL's here.

What I wonder is whether this is some kind of load-saving measure they've instituted behind the scenes to decrease server load. Then again, I suppose it could be that a DB slave is behind on its replication.

I'm not sure it's a load-saving measure due to server load because the transactions appear with only a small delay on the in-world report log… well at least a lot smaller delay than the web page. Probably it’s some kind of bug introduced after the last update since the problem started on 17-18 January.

Transaction history problem getting no response

The silent treatment from LL on this issue is maddening.

I've sent an email support request, when that was ignored I tried calling during business hours yesterday, got pushed to voicemail.

My question on the blog got no reply. There is no BLOG entry specifically for this problem, it looks like it is being completely ignored.

Live help did not respond to initial question and when I tried to add some details was told I was now the only one on the channel.

I think the appropriate place to report this is the new Bug Tracking database.

There's been an issue entered here: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-18

You can add a comment so the Lindens get an idea of how many people this is affecting.

And you can watch it to see if it gets picked up (assign to) a Linden, and what progress they're making on fixing it.
