I purchased an Animation override, and had days of good use out of it, then in one ot the problems over the weekend I tp'd to a new location and lost all attachments etc. I wasnt worried about it then - I assumed it was something to do with the grid issues.
I was able to reattach everything except the AO which says that there is a Parse failure. I cannot even Rez the object on the ground to try the debug script thing which someone told me about. I have contacted the manufacturer and as yet havent had a response. Am very frustrated, as this was something I paid $1000L for! Can anyone think of any other solutions? I have cleared cache etc...

If you can't even rez the object in-world, there's probably not much else you can do but continue to try & contact the creator.
If by chance, you are able to get it rezzed, you could try clicking Tools // Recompile Scripts in Selction to try & repair it. Good Luck!  _____________________
