I started SL in Texas and about a month ago moved to UTAH, since then I can't log on. Could it be that I need to rejoin SL with my new IP address?
Thanks for any advice and assistance

Your IP address isn't something that is registered to your account, so it shouldn't be an issue.
What error are your getting, or where is it going wrong when you try to log in?

I get half way thru the log-in process to, "Waiting for Region Handshake" then the message,"Login Packet Never Received by Login Server."
In Texas I had TIME-WARNER CABLE for my ISP, here in Utah I have WIRELESSBEEHIVE.COM, a wireless service (antenna on the roof etc.) everything works perfectly except I can't log-into SL.
COMCAST cable is available here, should I switch from the wireless service to COMCAST?
Thx for any suggestions, the wireless ISP here says the problem isn't on their end, but someone thought wireless sent the packets out of order somehow (not sure what that means)

From: Kristy Cordeaux COMCAST cable is available here, should I switch from the wireless service to COMCAST? In short, yes. While i dislike Comcast and would try and steer you away from them, if they are your only choice, then yes, switch to them. This issue with wireless connections has been reported frequently.

My guess would be your new ISP is blocking one or more ports that are used by Second Life. Does anybody out there have a list of all the ports that SL uses?
