Some clothing not rezing

I’m having problems with some clothing or the texture of clothing not rezing. When I or another person switches an article of clothing, from my point of view the clothing will do one of 4 things:
No change will be seen.
Clothes will change but will always be gray.
Clothes will change and the texture will be present but out of focus.
(The above two will sometimes also occur with attachment textures.)
Clothes will appear normal.

For all of the conditions above the inventory will indicate the clothes are being worn.
I have some articles of clothing that have never fully rezed since the day I bought it. Others who have bought the same piece of clothing have not had any trouble. Sometimes restarting SL will cure the problem. Are there others also having or had this same problem? Anyone have an idea as to how I can make the textures appear without having to restart SL? Does anyone know why this is happening, (client or server side problem)?

clearing cache
changing outfit then change their lenght or something and save
change avatar shape

but nothing beats

blurry clothes?, dont bother waiting for it, i dont, make a shortcuit with your login name to start SL really fast, quit, start the shortcuit, should log you in a few seconds.
