Cannot Add Credit Card info !

Hi!
The friend of myne who I reffered to SL .. is now trieing to add his Credit Card to become premium member ! But with no sucess! He told me that Hi is able to add his credit card .. but that his status payment info is allways on: PENDING !
I told him to try to re-enter the procedure for adding Credit Card. But he told me that He has tried evrything in last 3 days .. with no success ?
He allso thought that the problem was in his Bank (credit card) so he tried his friends to see what was the problem, but same message he got over and over: PENDING!
Anyone know anything about this !!??

I've had the pending message since I tried to update my info last night. Just now I contacted concierge about it. They know there's a problem with updating billing info, they're working on it now, and they hope to have it fixed later today.

I created an alt a few weeks ago, added payment info and it took over a week to get out of the 'pending' stage. It's just a nuisance. I'd tell your friend to raise a ticket after a couple of days if he urgently needs payment info on file (for parcel access or whatever).
