Help *Locked Account and Land Concerns*

Good Morning,

I am not sure if this is the correct location for this post. If not, please direct me to where I need to go.

I have a business partner that shares land and assets with me. This persons account was compromised and now he is being told he has to get a new Avie. My concern is what happens to our group items, specifically our land and a few other inventory items? Now that his account is blocked, I can not edit said items to set to our group.

The land is set to the group of which I am the owner, however, how does the tier get paid, if he is forced to close his account? Will items be allowed to be transferred to his new avie? We are new to this so direction would be appreciated

Can someone please direct me on what I need to do, as he is saying customer support is not being very helpful at this point. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Not sure what happens with the group items, BUT you need to make sure there is at least one other person in the Group or it will go away in 48 hours. You also need to go to the JIRA and put in a support ticket to get all of this resolved.

We just had his new Avie upgrade his account for the land and he donated that land to our group. He was given access to his old avie and he resigned from the group and transferred his other stuff over items to his new avie. Good luck.
