Alright. So... I'm sure some of you've noticed a few new bugs...a few new, heinous bugs...since the last few updates.(1.13 and onward, I believe.) Let's go over a few and hope that Linden Lab actually pays attention this time:

Texture Resizing Bug:
Textures no longer resize correctly when a Prim or Object is resized.
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
Create a Prim. Texture it with any texture. Resize the prim in any direction.
Observed Results:
The texture or textures will remain the exact same size as they were before resizing. A better way to explain this is making a Prim grow or shrink also raises or lowers the "Repeats Per Face" digit(s), thus making the texture loop or get cropped, respectively.
Expected Results:
What should normally happen is the texture would stretch or shrink in accordence with the prim you're resizing.

Gesture Editing/Making Bug:
Gestures can no longer be made or edited and saved without serious corruption occuring.
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
Open or create a gesture. Add a couple of steps such as Waits or Sounds. Save the gesture. Close, the open the gesture you just saved.
Observed Results:
The gesture will now be seriously corrupted, replacing steps with odd things like "Sound: 0" or "Animation: 1". Steps will also go missing and duplicate error steps may be added. If you activate and play the gesture, it will play indefinately until you turn it off manually.
Expected Results:
Your gestures are not supposed to have added or removed steps, much less steps that do nothing but leave the gesture to hang.

Worn Prims Movement Bug:
Parts go moving without being directly nudged...
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
This one's kind of tricky... I'm not entirely sure what the preresequets are for this one. I wasn't able to reproduce it with a brand new multi-prim object, so it might only work on older(pre-v1.13) objects consisting of several parts... In any case, wear a multi-prim object and Edit it. Select "Edit Linked Parks" in the Build menu and try to move one of the parts.
Observed Results:
Every part moves, but the unselected parts move in an opposite direction than the selected part or parts.
Expected Results:
No unselected part should move.

Chat Text Highlight-on-Close Bug:
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
Open the Chat Bar(by pressing Enter or the Chat button.). Type anything. Hit Escape to close the chat bar. Open it again.
Observed Results:
The text in the text box is not highlighted.
Expected Results:
In old versions, the text was highlighted. This was convenient for "quick erasure" instead of repeatedly pressing Backspace or Delete.
Notice: I've been told this is actually a feature, not a bug. I'll need confirmation...

Attachment Black Hole:
At random times, most or all of your attachments will find themselves lodged in your stomach for no apparent reason.
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
Unknown. It happens at random, but might sometimes be triggered by crossing Sim boundaries or by teleporting somewhere.
Observed Results:
As stated above, all or most of your attached items "vacuum" into your stomach reigon, though this is only on the client's side. Logging out then logging back in fixes this.
Expected Results:
Absolutely nothing should happen to your attachments.

Attachment Vanishing Act:
At random times, most or all of your attachments will completely disappear without a trace, though still appear to be worn in your Inventory.
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
Unknown. It happens at random, but might sometimes be triggered by crossing Sim boundaries or by teleporting somewhere.
Observed Results:
As stated above, all or most of your attached items simply vanish without a trace. Usually, this is only on the client's side, but in some cases, this will also show up on to another user as well. Logging out then logging back in fixes this most of the time.
Expected Results:
Absolutely nothing should happen to your attachments.

General Problems: Sound Issues:
At random, sounds may not play. Ever.
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
This one is very random and probably grid-related as opposed to being an actual glitch. In any case, at random, sounds might not play despite being called by gestures, objects, or hand-picked for play.
Observed Results:
See above.
Expected Results:
Sounds sound always play. Even if it takes several seconds for the sound to load, they always used to play.

General Problems: Sim Reigon Delays:
Crossing Sims takes a very long time since the last update. Around five seconds, by my calculations.
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
Cross a Sim reigon boundary into another Sim. Any sim.
Observed Results:
It will be several seconds before you're able to act again and you'll keep walking forward until then, phasing through objects and land alike.
Expected Results:
Crossing through Sims should only take about a second or so, not five or six.

I'm sure there're more that I'm missing, but these are the ones that I notice on a daily basis... The newest ones, I mean. With the exception of some carry-overs from v1.12.xx(and below), most of these are from v1.13.xx and onward.

Thank you, and have a good night.

I haven't seen this. There's a 'resize textures' setting in the edit tool, are you sure you haven't checked it?

I've seen this on non-worn prims as well, when you're editing linked parts and move the root prim. It's definitely a bug in any case.

Chat's full of bug features these days. :(

Attachment Black Hole:

This seems to be caused by prim location information not being sent to the client. Sometimes some people see it and others don't. You can usually fix it by reattaching the prim, though it can take a couple of tries. It seems to happen any time the avatar info is globally updated (replacing your entire appearance, crossing sim borders, teleporting, or (when someone else sees it but you don't) moving into draw distance.

Attachment Vanishing Act:
At random times, most or all of your attachments will completely disappear without a trace, though still appear to be worn in your Inventory.
Or they don't appear worn in your inventory but attempting to attach them again says an attachment is pending for that position.

Animations, too.

They moved a lot more responsibility for maintaining your state from the asset servers to the sims. So it's no wonder handoff takes longer.

I also think there's a new sim performance bug in 1.13. It seems like sims now have a tendency to freeze solid for 30+ seconds at a time, which is not something that happened much before 1.13. I remember I used to see this kind of freeze 6+ months ago, but that went away with one of the various "sim performance fixes" that were released at various times in the past year. Now, it seems to happen randomly, without any time dilation before to signal as a warning, and sometimes the sim won't come back at all.

Hm. Well, I feel like an ass now... However...I don't remember turning that thing off in the first place... So I'm changing my bug report.

Texture Resizing Bug:
Textures no longer resize correctly when a Prim or Object is resized. Somehow, the checkmark toggle in the Build -> Edit menu got turned off by default after 1.13
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
Create a Prim. Texture it with any texture. Resize the prim in any direction.
Observed Results:
The texture or textures will remain the exact same size as they were before resizing. A better way to explain this is making a Prim grow or shrink also raises or lowers the "Repeats Per Face" digit(s), thus making the texture loop or get cropped, respectively.
Expected Results:
What should normally happen is the texture would stretch or shrink in accordence with the prim you're resizing.
Solution:
Simply turning the checkbox for "Stretch Textures" back on seems to work permenantly.

Also got one more...

IM Window Bugs:
IM Windows no longer stay where you put them and don't stay the same size you put them after logging out and logging back in.
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
Open an IM window. It doesn't matter if you IM anyone. Now, move the IM window anywhere. Anywhere at all. Also, resize it to any size. Now log out of Second Life and log back in, then re-open your IM window.
Observed Results:
The IM window will not stay where you put it, nor will it be the same size you left it. Usually, it winds up small and in the lower-left corner of the screen.
Expected Results:
The IM window should have stayed right where you left it after a normal logout, as well as being as large as you normally left it.
Note: This seems to happen randomly... I can't get it to trigger today for some reason. And there've been other days where I couldn't trigger it, too...

It seems to me this happens to me every time i log in. Its not so much that its in a different place from where I left it... This it true of most UI elements in SL. What makes the IM window worse is that its defaults to a really inconvenient place: Right ON TOP of the chat history.
If you can't make it remember where I left it, then please make it revert to the TOP LEFT of the screen, where I believe most people are used to having it.

For me, this seems to correlate with the fact that SL tends to crash every time I quit. The one time I finally managed to close SL without it crashing (I have no idea how), I think it saved my IM window placement and now it appears where I want it to when I log in. Theoretically, you could set the IM Floater settings in your settings.xml manually to work around this bug.

Hooray! I've got a new bug to report! And this one stems from the most recent hardware upgrades, no less!

Gesture Crash Bug:
Editing any part of a gesture since the last hardware upgrade now results in a client-side crash.
Steps to Reproduce the Bug:
Make a new, or edit an existing gesture. Click on any step(Sound, Animation, Wait, or Chat).
Observed Results:
The client brutally crashes and the Second Life "Would you like to send an error report?" prompt pops up.
Expected Results:
Editing gestures should never crash Second Life under any circumstance. What should happen is you should be able to freely edit any part of a gesture with proper permissions and particularly your own hand-made ones.

Also, the Grid just got blocked off. Just now. Not a good sign. >_>
