Traffic On Land going down.

Well I am business owner and I dont under stand how you can lose over 1000 in traffic a day, I tried to call LL and I get the hold and then nothing... Figures good old Linden Labs not wanting to fix anything the right way. I currently have about 6 support tickets open and still nothing. I mean I am a new store and when I go from 1555 people on my land to 176 in one day come on. My store "Whatchama call it??" is slammed always so i know these numbers are wrong. And is anyone else having problems with there Classified add not running?
