Ok I've already addressed this in a bug report and I even took the time to track down a linden in bug hunters about this one, and I'm wondering what your company is doing to fix it if anything. Its been noticable since 1.10.0. Here is the complete rundown of everything I've discovered that causes this as well as my computer statistics.

First off I'm on 5megabit cable, over 4000kb a second dl, 450kb a second upload, I already checked with my ISP and got the line tested, I also got the router checked out, no problems in my connection.

1.5 gb processor, 768mb of ram, geforce 4 ti 4200.

while playing I have my network setting at 600, lower then what it should be I know, but I do it because this packetloss is reduculus and thats what I always hear from live help, turn down my network.

While playing I turn on debug menu and immediately notice my network is constantly resetting, down, up, up again, down, it just can't sit still. Then I start getting packets out of order from the sim I'm in, note this is nearly every sim I go to. Some sims are quieter then others, but it doesn't make logical sense to say oh its your sim when its over half the ones I visit. I also get a large amount of packets resend, anything from 2 to over 30, and this spams my screen once a minute. sometimes its resent 3-5 times, othertimes its like an overload of debug.

If there is anything I can do to help LL address the problem I've already said I would to the linden I contacted and I say it again. I've screenshots of debug logs and can almost always reproduce it just by waiting a few minutes and walking around.

Hi John! I'd sure like to help, but I cannot be sure of this without further details, such as a traceroute record showing the possible degradation at each step along the way of your connection. Please see:

SL Answers isn't the right place for this; please contact Support and I'll move this to Technical Issues. :)
