Hi all i am a premium member less then 90days old and i decided to use my first land right only thing is they money was taken out for the land but my name is not on the ownership  wondering if there is a waiting period for screening or something. any help would be apprecated |

Thats happened to me plenty of times, let support know....sometimes they get right on it, sometimes they take their time! But however with the mess they have caused now with the new 1.6.4, I cant' tell ya anything else....but something always goes wrong here...the worst downtime pc game I have ever seen

I believe this is happening to you not because you are buying first-land, or because you are new, but because all land purchases are subject to this "bug" right now.
I had this problem on two land sales today.
The server data bases are messed up, they are very slow or non-existing in updating, and this causes land sales not to go through correctly.
Your transaction history ingame and here on this website is going to show $512 spent on a land purchase to Governor Linden. So you have that receipt and you can use that to make sure the claim goes through.
Write to [email]support@LindenLab.com[/email] with the details as to the server name, your name, the date, and the location of the land on the mini map coordintaes, i.e. "Columbia, 157, 53".
Also send a bugreport in the bug report pull-down menu inside the game.
There isn't any screening system.
If you are new, and you have a premium account, the first time you buy land, you have the option to get the $512 512 m2 for just that $512. It will never repeat, so shop wisely.
If it doesn't go through, capture the info and report it. You will get your land because the Lindens realize this bug happens due to server update issues.

I guess the database proplems we're fixed only 1 thing, the land i bought and they still have my money for doesnt belong too me some other person owns the land, so it was sold just not to me and they still have my money !. i sent a few emails if i dont hear nothing in a few days im giving them a call, man this really sucks |
