could you tell me who to contact in game about stuff I put out and when I go to pick it back up it doesn't go back in my inventory  .. I can't keep buying stuff that doesn't appear in my inventory.. LL you need to start to pick up the phone too .. this is getting to be sicking anymore buy buy buy and lose lose lose this is plain out BS now .. I'm so upset right now getting ready to just cancel my premium membership and leave game totally

Dont pay for crappy service, theres no reason to be premium member except land, wich is also pointless as you rarly ever get help, welcome to the drowning SL , riddled with bugs and a help line that doesnt exsist -.- , its been going downhill for a long time now, even with the new bling they try to distract us from the bugs, sorry im fed up with SL and promises, do something instead LL. >non paying member<

this just happened to me too, i tried to pick up 3 things i put out between the hours of 11 am and 1 pm CST and it didn't go back into my folders and nothing in search, log out back in, all the suggestions they suggest to do nothing worked. Someone near me also had the same issues with a helicopter they took out picked up and nothing but an empty folder. I'm sure more people will complain as I was seeing a lot of this very talk in group chats. Fix or burn!

Aha I hadnt read this far down in the forum, but this is relevant to what I've posted. Im relieved to see its not just my sim, or my items, or just me even! Still not happy about the situation itself... very problematic for me at the moment.
While I dont mind helping customers, or doing what I can on my end to ensure that they're getting what they're entitled to... I am in the process of moving, and my internet is being shut off this week, and not turned back on at the new place until after the 21st...
and if this isnt resolved Im going to have to pack up my whole store most likely, because people are buying things, Im getting the money, and the objects just disappear.
