Support system down ?!?
Ralf Haifisch Registered User Join date: 1 Dec 2006 Posts: 15	06-10-2007 02:00 well... interesting situation... i would need to file a ticket... basicly i love the support-system with tickets you can track and so. but i can´t loggin the support system ! anyone else have trouble ? waht should be the plan now ? sitting in europe (timezone, phonecosts) and the former concierge email is disabled. hmm... cheers ralf

That means the Support Portal will be down as well. Luckily this won’t happen often, but we wanted to be sure to let you know that it was happening.! That helping?
