logging in but off the map?

I have a windows XP.......
and my graphics card is a Raedon x300
SL has ran fine for me before.....
for 2 years in fact.
but this last couple days when i log in its like..im off the map and i cant move, tp, open my inventory......ive left it there a hour thinking it needs to just load.but it doesnt change.
any ideas on what it could be? thanks.

Oh and i did clear my cache...so i dont think thats the problem either.
I tryed logging in on my account with my friends computer as well.
and the same thing happened........but she can log in just fine..
and she's able to log in on her account just fine on my computer..

any help is appreciated.

Is it since the last update?

I think there was an update yesterday....its been happening before that.
