Does Live Chat really exist???

I'm really wondering because I can't seem to locate the live chat feature anywhere. I've read the appropriate knowledge base and solution finder and have followed the directions - but never have I seen the link to the live chat.

How does one get to the Live Chat if such a thing truly exists? (Sarcasm has now become a way of life)

If you mean voice chat, it has not been enabled yet on the main grid. I think they said 1 or 2 more updates from now. It is however active on the beta grid to test out.

no live chat is supposed to be available if you have any problems with sl.

you probably mean Live Help. That was removed a update or two ago. The only current methods available now are the support portal (and submitting a problem ticket), or calling direct.

Well this is really frustrating! No response has come to me at all with my ticket. Very frustrating!!!

Yes it does exist. A few days ago I had a billing issue and managed to find my way to the billing live chat. I spoke with Patsy Linden and she was very helpful. Yesterday a friend of mine was having technical issues and I walked him through the maze of finding the live chat. It's not easy to find, but it's there.

Carol - can you give us some pointers please
