Unable to Buy on Private Islands

Hello,

I've started the process of downgrading my premium account to basic status. This will happen on June 21st. Now when I go to buy land on private islands I get an error message informing me that an error has occured while fetching buying information because of my downgrading status. This is preventing me from buying land that I should be able to buy, regardless of membership status. I was wondering if this could be fixed. Thank you.

I saw your response in the thread I started yesterday. Did you ever get a solution to this problem? I have requested support from LL, but they have not yet responded.

I had same issue.. I called and they just pretty much told me thats the way it goes.. Call them and have them set your acct back to premium. Dont downgrade until like 3 days before your acct. renews.
