Hmmm... Balls Rezzed, then disappeared!

Last night I rezzed a Kiss anim ball link set..
they went from my inventory, but never actually rezzed, where could they be, will they come back, if not, do i get reimbursed to buy new balls?
and nope, they didn't go off world...

yup. that really sucks and seems to happen increasingly often with every point release. I once lost something I paid 3.5k for that way.. it just never materialised  Sometimes... just sometimes... it will eventually turn up where you rezzed it. It can be minutes, hours or days later! Sometimes it's not visible to you, but other people see it! I've watched people rez a prim, then another. And another. And eventually asked what the hell they were doing, and they've said 'trying to create a prim!' because for them, it just isnt there. But if you really have lost it, then no, the Lindens wont reimburse you for anything. The best you can hope for is to contact the creator, explain what happened and hope they will take pity on you and send you another. The asset server hates us |

I personally can't say I'm a big fan of (NO COPY) items that tend to get lost. (NO COPY) vehicles + sim crossings = a potentially frustrating situation. If a perms flag must be set, I'm more in favor of (NO TRANSFER) because I can't see myself reselling the cool stuff I've gotten. My own personal preference. Sorry to hear about the lost balls, Willow. |
