Sims behaving badly - not recognising owners

Hi, I've seen this on several sims in the past 2 days. Cars that don't drive when their owner's are in them; doors that don't recognise their owners; and sims that can't give a list of the objects on them. Also, I have a sliding door script that won't move. The 'permissions' scripts rely on identifying the touching or sitting agent and comparing it to llGetOwner(). I've rebooted all my sims and the problem's gone away but I'm seeing the exact same problem on other people's sims (Ecstasy Mall for example.)

I don't know whether the problem will come back! But I suspect some dynamic change has been made which has caused some/many sims to experience this wierdness, and a sim reboot is in order for sims so afflicted.

Thanks by the way. I did a reboot. I haven't had a chance to check it yet.

The permissions are working now - but oddly, the sliding door script doesn't. I can take it to any other sim I've tried and it works - rez it at Ecstasy Mall and the the door doesn't move!
