Been having this problem ever since started to play this game but I until now i have just lived with it. So now i have decided to ask a little what the problem might be.

I am very well aware of that the game lags and there is nothing to do about it (unless you get a monster PC from MIT) but this is really game lag that i have.

When ever I'm in a shop or a club (not always ppl around) My screen just freezes up on me, i can move my mouse i cant exit the game nothing it just freezes and the most annoying thing is that when ever it does that the sound get into a loop.

I have tried all the settings from maximum to minimum and everything between and it still does it. So can someone help me out a little or at least point me in a direction i should start trying?

I don't think it's my PC specs cause they are well within the minimum and even recommended.

PS: Before someone asks: Yes I do clean(clear) my cache...

A part from the usual "get the latest drivers ..." advice, the problem could be the sound card.
Not sure what your sound card is but I had crashing problems with Sound Blaster 2 ZS. Try reduce the sound accerleration from the Direct X panel. Run->DXDIAG->Sound
Set it to Standard acceleration if still crash set it to basic acceleration and see.

-Got the latest drivers
-And it cant be the sound card cause the sound loops AFTER the game crashes/freezes.

But thank you for replying :D
