All AVs Disappear?

For some reason, every now and then, my screen makes everything disappear or a sec then it all comes bakc another sec, but the avatars stay missing. It's really annoying when i wanna see peoples cool outfits and its just annoying to see their attachments floating around too. Does anyone else have this problem, anyone else know how to fix it?
