Hey im new 2 this game and..well it wont let me login to the game.it says couldn't find the domain name.and im putting in everything right.so im wondering if this has ever happend to u or. is it just me. so if any1 can help me plz.!thxs so much.!!!!i really want to play.!!thxs so much!

i have anti-spy fire wall or something like that...norton virus scan thing ya like that stuff.

I suggest, approach this systematically: Disable all of those add-ons and see if you can access SL. If it works, add them back, one at a time, and keep on testing your logging in. Are there any other details about your setup we should know about?  |

You really need to know what kind of firewall you're using, otherwise the advice we can offer is unlikely to be that useful to you.
Do you actually have a broadband connection? Can you connect to the internet on the computer you're attempting to use SL on? How many computers are on your network?
What operating system are you running?

Yes i have broadband . yes i can connect to the internet.2 computers r running on my network.and i have 2 firewall's they r Norton Anti-virus, and Norton internet security..does this help,in any way? |
