The Residents of Burg Island2 wish to express their frustration and anger with the way SL's system support people have been dealing with the Island owner. Many of us have paid Linden's big money to be online and on this island.
We fully understand that outages and issues will arise from time to time. But when we hear from the island owner directly that, firstly, Linden Support helped cause the issue and that secondly, they are less than cooperative to resolve it, we get a little hot under the collar that we can't access our island. It has been down for 2 hours now and don't expect it up any time soon. I don't, although I should, expect a corresponding adjustment in my tier at the end of the month as a result.
