Since the last update...maybe the one previous I am fighting loggin in every day.

Typically I get through up to the region handshake pretty well...but then I get the

"Connecting to Region" for anywhere from a minute to an hour.

I guess my question is....since there does seem to be so many issues these days with getting in SL....

In general...how long should someone "wait" to actually get connected....

I know it says "Loggin In... Second Life may appear frozen" ...so I do...and generally get through that.

But how long should someone wait...at the region connection point...before they give up and try again...(even if the BAR is still pulsing dim to bright?) I have tried logging in both to my last location and to my home...but this seems to me to be an SL wide killer.

Is this a que..like logging in is supposed to be...? or is it just not going to connect you after a few minutes no matter HOW long you wait.

Thanks

reboot, wait for all starup applications to get done starting up (like IM progams, etc) and then log into SL somewhere that most likly has very few people and little lag.

1) the time it takes to reboot and all that most likly your avatar is out of world.
2) using a lag free sim promises it's not an attack and/or a bling queen leaving you stuck.

This is like my 90% fix for all my login woes.
