So if I sit in one spot long enough, and dont touch my mouse. Why is it when I finally do go to move its as if im stuck in some serious glue. Once I get moving it seems to clear up.
Just wondered what creates this anomoly from a technical standpoint.

Winter, ugh that sounds annoying! Hey do you know how to activate Frame Console and Fast Timers from the Debug menu? Next time when this happens, Ctrl-Shift-Alt-2 and Ctrl-Shift-Alt-9 to see what colors dominate the bars. Maybe even take some snapshots and post them here, visual guides are helpful.

what bugs me is not being able to move for a bit after sending an IM...

I've had what Winter has before. I think it's more her computer than anything. Like, if I leave SL running and lock my console, and go get lunch, when I come back, it's lagged to hell. However, the same thing happens if I leave a BitTorrent file seeding all night; my computer is slow for a few minutes when I try to access it again. I'd chalk it up to memory from transimitting data constantly without any other input to tell it what to do with itself.
