the following situation:
i have a PayPal account where i have something around US$30 saldo.
that money i got from another paypal account (my moms) with a CreditCard.
but mine account dont have a creditcard. i life in switzerland and it's not that common to have a CC.
i tried to associate my paypal account with that linden account, but it didnt work. it keep saying:
" We are unable to complete your request.
• Failed to bill your account. Please double check your account's payment settings.
• The system encountered an error while processing your order, please try again."
oke, i thought it didnt work because i dont have an creditcard.
so i tried to associate my SL account with the paypal account of my mother (with her agreement), but there again, the same message.
i saw that acknowledge articel where it says that there would be a 1$ transaction to verify the account, but there has not been a transactoin now.
can somebody help me, particulary in how to make the PayPal-Saldo (without Creditcard) into L$.
it just i want 20US$ to be 5240L$ (for today), maybe someone can help me.
i would even pay to get it work
