Problem: each time I try to login I crash. I could login perfectly yesterday. But today it is impossible.
Things I did:
I called telephone support number. And we did this:
- deactivate de firewall and antivirus and anyother program.
- download secondlife again and video drivers.
- uninstalled secondlife and installed it again. It failed.
- then uninstalled video drivers and installed it again. It failed.
- uninstalled secondlife again and installed it again. It failed.
- support go into my account, deatched all thing on my avatar, put it in a sandbox and I tried to login. It failed.
- uninstalled secondlife again and installed it again. I set all preferences to the lowest. It failed.
I checked that the folders in program files and in application data were deleted each time I uninstalled.
I see this strange message in the logs:
