Log out of Region?

I am just wondering has any one been log out of Second Life and disconnected from the
region.Because i am kind of new to Second Life can any one help me pleas

I am also new to Second Life and today when I tried to log in again (still on the first island), it said the server was down or something, and sent me to some other place. I want to go back to Help Island! I tried teleporting to home, but that sent me to yet another strange place.

I want to go back to Help Island to learn about scripting and building. I am afraid that I won't be able to get back since a sign there said that once you leave, you can't go back to Help Island. I would appreciate any help in getting back. Thanks.

Cyber, no worries. This does happen from time to time--just attempt to log in again after pausing for a few moments. That message you got can come up in several different circumstances. What's important is you can get back in.

iaid, next time you're inworld... please go to HELP menu ---> LIVE HELP and then say what happened, ask for a Linden Liaison's assistance in getting back to Help Island.

Thanks for the suggestion; I didn't manage to get to Help Island, but did I get to a welcome area. Now I'm going to try to learn building and scripting in a sandbox area.
