From: Object Pascale you forgot to add 'business as usual' to the end of the subject line. They hired a person right?to be community relations person if i remember. That person should start doing their job. It would be nice to know on the blog that they know something is up and working on it. Issues happen, but what annoys me here is the sheer lack of accountability and visibility. Well the press are getting wind of it slowly that all is not what it seems.

Don't worry. Somebody has already climbed the pole and is tying the wires together again as we speak/wait. I suggest using a reef knot instead of the granny knots currently used. Granny knots never look neat and are extremely difficult to undo whereas reef knots are quite simple to undo and hold just as well. If possible, rub some wax on too. The weatherproofing will make it last longer.

Wow! This has been going on for 4 hours already! Not a bad start for a 2-hour downtime last night. And I didn't know that LL has an employee named "Service Unavailable" (try searching for a person, you'll get my point" . ROFL
