Golden Ticket problem - please help

So, I picked the Golden Ticket on May 4th about 12:30 am CST, and I never received my Lindens! I walked around all the next day and never saw my name or that date on any of the money trees. The money trees showed the golden ticket picker from the 3rd until the one on the 5th replaced it.

Obviously I'm disappointed. I'm not casting blame or declaring that I'm leaving SL or anything like that. Just hoping someone can help me find the solution. (Especially since the main reason I signed up for a premium count that particular night was so that I actually could pick the golden ticket!)

I've never heard of this.

I'm also intrigued by the SIM you were on, ";(unknown%20region)".

Kiril, out of curiousity, were you on the Linden's web page at www.secondlife.com when you signed up for a premium account? Or were you IN-GAME at the time?

I was on second life's site, not in game, when I upgraded.

The interesting thing is, that tree still displays the golden ticket holder from the 3rd.

IM to the Person who owns the tree and alert him. They may not know their tree is offline.
