My avi always shows portions of the shirt texture on its hands. Nothing I do seems to fix it even creating a new shirt, doing a new skin - nothing. If I change body shapes I THINK the problem goes away.

Also, if I put on hair (even on new body shape and new skin) it shows up with facial hair and the skin color of the face is same as teh hair color.

Also, my feet seem to have permanent bell bottom flaired pants attached to them, even when I'm wearing shorts or pants with no flair. surrounds my shoes, making them look bloated on the side (toes are still visible and ok).

Anyone have ideas? I'm relatively n00b, but have lots of friends who aren't and THEY can't figure it out either.

Thanks.

Sounds SIMILAR to a problem I had recently. Turning of avatar vertex shader helped a lot so check that setting.

a partial fix?

I found that using the Debug menu Character item --> Rebake textures helped a LOT. I now can wear a shirt and have the texture look right all over. I didn't have the vertex shader problem, although symptoms are similar.

Thanks.
