Remeber back in elementary school? When you made the little shoebox diorama of the ocean, or a desert or something?

How about an event like that! Where it's really tiny, and you could make little tiny people, in a little tiny house, or space? Or a little tiny town...

The rules would be something like:

1. The diorama thingy must be or be smaller than a certain width.
2. Your limited to 100 prims, or 125 prims.
3. The diorama must be in a "shoebox" of sorts, like, a small hollowed out cube.
4. It must be PG. No tiny penises for people to make fun of
5. It must have a theme to it, no lava and ice combined to make "LavIce World"
6. You have a tiny space to work in, unless you are doing a joint project

And, if possible, a master scripter could make a shrinking scrpt, for people to go into the little tiny worlds!

Easter Egg Diorama
03-09-2005 22:53
You *almost* read my mind. This Saturday the Codas will be starting an Easter Egg contest that is very close to what you described. Take a blank eggshell with a transparent peephole at the end, decorate the outside, and create a scene inside. We're still finalizing time, details etc., but keep an eye on events for Saturday, or IM me if you want to participate. I think we'll have 2 dozen eggs available to decorate, 250 prims per egg, 7 days to build.

And if anyone can get 250 prims in an egg, I'll be very impressed! (Yes, Minxeh, I'm talking to you!)

I like both of these ideas.

In Jr. High, I made a diorama of the Acropolis. :D It was in an actual shoebox.

LOL! The only times I can remember doing a diorama in school was in Pre-K (Yes, I remember... I have a picture of it too!) and I made a "hospital" of sorts. And then again in 5th grade, when we had a little group, and everyone made a lego model of a space station.
