I just finished a tutorial on making a shirt and I want to upload the shirt into game and try it on. Ok, maybe a dumb nubie question but how do I do that?

file>upload texture and pay your L$10.
There are various preview options before you get there... you can put your shirt onto a neutral male and neutral female upper body as shirt to see roughly how it will work before clicking the upload button for the actual upload and payment.
