Maybe I'm just blind or not looking in the right spot. I can do a basic noob skin.
I've looked through a few basic tutorials. But I was wondering if there is any advanced tutorials or stickies that I'm missing on how to make skins look a little better? I'm specifically having issues with eyebrows, lips, shading, etc etc. Adobe is giving me hell lately and I'm working on making avatars for the roleplay sim I own.
Any suggestions or help would be great, thanks.

I am not sure if there are any SL specific skin tutorials. But you can check out some Poser skin tutorials instead. The same sorts of techniques for texture, blending, photosourcing, etc. are the same. Just the UV map is (woefully) different. If someone knows of a specific tutorial, maybe they can link one.

If you have PS CS.. you might be interested in this; http://creativemac.digitalmedianet.com/articles/viewarticle.jsp?id=3085420 skin texturing brushes for Adobe Photoshop CS and Elements. Unfortunantly, I have PS7 and can not use... Also, check this out.. It might help as well http://www.poopinmymouth.com/tutorial/tutorial.htmAlthough mainly for 3dstudio Max, there are some helpful hints and great theory here.. Good luck!
