I've been gone from SL for a while and it seems they've made some improvements with flexible objects..I was wondering if anyone could give me a crash course on how to make the objects for my dress move the right way.

A flexi dress is essentially just a ring of rectangular flexi prims, hanging from the waist, and usually angled outward somewhat. Usually the felxi-prim skirt attaches to the Pelvis attachment point. As they go limp and overlap, it looks like a flexible tubular skirt. Solid colors or fine repetitive patterns seem to work best.

The Ivory Tower has a module that teaches the basics of flexi objects. I learned there. )
