I'm not sure when exactly this hit the market, but I just stumbled across it today:
http://www.wacom.com/intuos/index.php
The new features look great:
* Double the pressure sensitivity of the Intuos3
* Express keys are now much more sensibly located. Huge improvement.
* Customizable OLED display next to each button. No more forgetting what does what for each application. Very cool!
* iPod style touch ring for quick zoom, rotate, scrolling, brush size control, etc.
* Tablet can be flipped around for ambidextrous use.
* Pen stand now has a compartment for extra nibs. Handy.
My only complaint is they've made the XL size an inch smaller, horizontally. The active area is 18.2x12" instead of 19.2x2". It's not exactly a showstopper, but it does seem a little weird, especially considering 19.2x12 is obviously an exact proportional match for 1920x1200 pixel screen. 18.2x12 is not an exact match for anything.
