Creating clothing is largely a matter of hand-painting and/or cutting and pasting photographic materials onto various layers over the templates. The templates are a guide for where to position things, so, for example, a picture that is to go on the upper right breast of a shirt winds up in the right place.

What you really need to do is to read the tutorials at the top of the forums. They contain a wealth of information.

In short, however, if you want a zipper, put a real zipper on a scanner, scan it, and scale and position that in your photoshop program. There is no "construction kit" that has zippers and pockets that you can mix and match to magically create perfect clothes. Good clothes are created by artists who take the time and effort to learn how the tools work, and who practice to perfect their skills.

I'll recommend you start simple. Learn to make t-shirts. Robin Sojurner has a great tutorial on that, at the top of this forum. When you can make t-shirts easily, try a simple dress. Then go on from there.
