Sorry if this is answered somewhere, I did look but if it's out there I was to dense to find it *blush*

When your uploading an image you can preview it first, but when you try to look at the skirt it puts the image on a large scale, it is hard to actually see close up. Is there a short cut key I can use to get just the skirt portion into the viewer? I tried the shift and ctrl clicks but they just rotate around and I can't seem to get the skirt in view to make sure everything matches up.

Thanks all!

You can use the same keyboard camera shortcuts in the preview window that you do in the main SL window (ctrl and alt) to zoom and rotate. It's not perfect since you can't recenter the preview, but it does help a lot. You can also use an offline previewer like DAZ Studio (or any 3d app that will load and .obj file and can display bitmap textures on a model in the viewport.) :)

Thanks guys,..

I finally managed to figure out how to open up the avatar manniquin in Daz, but it was real real tiny so I had to scale it up ALOT..Problem is I have no idea what I am doing, it doesn't seem to see the psd or tga files for the clothing at all, and sense I'm obviously to much of a moron to figure that out..that leaves me the upload previewer *laugh*

P.S. (Osgeld) As I'm making the skirt and checking it in the upload preview it does put it on a model, If I leave the template on, or the white background. I usually leave open the template under it so I can see what is off and by how much, ect. Problem that I am having is..It is like game life like in size, and I wasnt sure how to get just the skirt portion of it into the view, I can rotate it all different ways but to just see the skirt is a nightmare, isnt so bad if I just want a plain solid color I can kind of judge that way. Sorry I am not good at explaining things, its one of my many talents I guess..

Hi..when you open the previewer..the little X box is there..thats the zoom thingie. Left click the mouse and hold it down and move the mouse back and forth. And left and right.

Good luck!

Brings it up really close :P
