I search for a group that shares "Usefull free full perm textures" and all I find are mostly commercial groups that still didn't get the basics of OpenGL or tons of places for newbies that are not focussed on textures, photos and sculpt-shapes and not at all helpfull in finding a usefull texture via description.
Many people may have trouble finding and sorting free textures.
Many people may have uploaded a texture, and then uploaded a much better version and may give the old version for free since it still has some uses.
Many people may want to share a good artistic Objective photo or are looking for a particular wall(paper)-type or shape.
Many people may want to sell a requested (custom made) texture with full permissions.
Content is filtered, sorted, packed and shared by group Admins.
If theres none I will make one because I have way over 9000 free fullperm textures.
