ok, i got the template downloades, and i need to know how to take the colord lines away, and the front and back off.

The templates all come with several 'layers' in the image. To turn off the colored lines and the actual template guide itself (the background image) you hide the layers and then save the image.
Of course, it depends on which program you are using to create your items; but in Photoshop, it's in the layers palette - toggleable by clicking on the 'eye' in front of each layer's name.
