I was wondering why it is so difficult to find belts that are separate from outfits. Yes, I have seen "belly chains", but no belts that can be added to a skirt or pants. I don't make clothes (but buy a ton  ) and can't seem to find belts. If you can wear jewelry attachments, why can't you wear belts? Sorry if I'm being totally naive here  [/COLOR]

I have a couple of outfits that have belts. I think it's just hit or miss. But one of the problems with belts is that they are a prim attachment and for that reason what fits you may totally disappear inside my body or alternately surround my body like I'm wearing an inner tube lol.
I tried to make one for myself and after untold adjustments, just gave up. One of my favorite things to do when I do want a belt is to wear something with a belt painted on and wear the belt buckle that comes with one of Lash's outfits. Can't remember for sure but I think Caroline Apollo may also sell a belt.

Hey Jana.......I hadn't thought of that. But I think I just may try it! Not sure it will work, and I do know what you're saying. But there HAS to be a way!

Sorry if I'm being totally naive here yes, you can have prim belts just like you have prim jewels or any other attachment. Hopefully if you buy one, the creator has made it "modify" rights so you can resize it. It probably has a default attach-point (stomach, pelvis, spine, etc) which you can reset if you need something else attached to the same spot. You can resize them by right-clicking on the belt, going to edit, and hold control and shift down at the same time, then grab one of the little white squares that appears and resize as you wish with the mouse. I just put a few belts up in Riiki at the bottom floor of the One Stop Shop. (riiki, 86,14  , some simple, some a little more funky. |
