When I have maked the shirts and uploaded the picture, then I choose aperians and new shirt, but how can I remove the white colour on the avatar... before I put the new shirt?
It works fine...but if I make a open shirt I can see the white colour, and it is not nice. Please help me.

You must createe an alpha channel for the shirt. there is asticky about this above

Also, when you are trying to make a shirt, make sure you dont have a undershirt as your first layer (If you are making an open shirt, you may see the undershirt underneath that shirt) And make sure your not wearing a jacket, because you wont be able to see the shirt your trying to make.
